Lena Grigoryan, the founder of Not2Sweet, is a home-based pastry chef with a degree in Culinary Arts and several years of experience in creating delicious and unique treats that strike the perfect balance between indulgent and not overly sweet. Her goal is to let you savor clean, bright flavors and distinct textures with every bite, be that a perfectly full French macaron or a slice of her signature Vanilla Berry chiffon cake.

Chef’s cornerstone principle of baking is that any good product always starts with good, high-quality ingredients. She uses the best available to fulfill this commitment, from cage free chicken eggs and organic milk to the finest of the chocolate world, Valrhona.
